L118 light gun

my order arrived this morning with two of these towed and two firing. and I have to admit I had a senior moment. I could not for the life of me see the difference, then at last my brain came alive ..... the gun mount is rotated through 180 degrees for the towed version ! so once I had actually got that straight, I assembled one of each. well up to Peter's usual standard, I wonder what they would be like in resin, ok I've been spoiled by the FH-70s. a really good model, my two of each will be deployed on the table in either towed ie glued onto the base by just the wheels with the tow hook at the correct height for a 1t Land Rover, or emplaced / firing with crew and assorted ammo pallets, spent cases etc. score for these, 10/10, score for me probably 2/10. I must concentrate when I unwrap these. Alan Jenkins (2 Mar 2022, 17:09)
