BA-10 armoured car (28mm)

Once again the 15mm version pictured really doesn’t do justice to the 28mm version. A fantastically well modelled item mine was delivered with the supporting material still in place. This was no bad thing as this model has some really fine details and the extra protection offered by the support can only be a bonus during transportation. Having been somewhat disappointed by the auto cannon on a German halftrack I had previously ordered I wasn’t expecting the beautifully slim and well printed barrel on the turret to this model. Overall this is a lovely example of what can be achieved with 3D printing these days, as ever there is some visibility of the print layers on the angled surfaces but my usual work around of well thinned filler brushed across the surfaces easily returns a flawless finish. Don’t be fooled by the picture of the 15mm version. This is an excellent model and stands up against the plastic and design vehicles of other manufacturers.
