Alvis / Bae Stormer

ever since receiving some of Peter's CVRT's I've been waiting for the Stormer to arrive. as soon as I saw it listed in the newsletter, I sent off my order, and when they arrived they were, as usual with Peter's prints [IMHO] superb. really catch the feeling / view of this often ignored vehicle, and though I have not been able to find much about the TRV, it, the apc and the hvm versions were all quickly on the work bench. the TRV did to start with look a bit plain 'on top' to me, not that this was in any way Peter's fault, so I decided to bodge my own version as a command vehicle, using a resin FV432 top stowage box to provide the additional stowage. the apcs and hvms also received additional stowage, both white metal and resin, and were then based after detailing. I shall certainly be getting more of these, indeed I find that BPM produces superb prints, which by the time they are painted, provide my wargames forces with much of the equipment they need. thank you Peter. now if only you would do ..........Alan Jenkins (24 May 2021, 14:13)
